Prophitis Ilias Mountain:

Prophitis Ilias Mountain is a forested mountain with an altitude of about 800 meter. The Mountain is almost in the middle of the Island adjacent to the Apollona town .

The mountain seems to be covered with trees of Cypress and Calabrian pines. Here you will find a huge variety of flora like the rare white peony, anemones, endemic, cyclamens and different kind of orchids.

Mountain Tsambika:

Mountain Tsambika is situated on the eastern side of the Rhodes Island and has an altitude of about 350 m. The monastery of Panaghia called the Virgin lies on the peak of the mountain.
